ive only had 3 cigarettes today and yesterday i only had 3.


and i know thats like “so what youve gone 2 days and uve only had 6 cigarettes? big deal!”

but it is a big deal. i average 1 pack a day

im quitting. wheening myself off slowly. chewing more gum. and im trying not to hang around people who smoke as well, untill i can comfortably say i dont need a cigarette


I’m going to do it

• I’m not gonna stink anymore
• I wont be wasting all this money on something that is GOING TO KILL ME
• I will feel better
• I won’t get sick as often

and then friday i have band practice and then a show and at the show theres gonna be a HUGE nintendo DS part in the back of the venue! STOOOOOOOOOOKED
